Price Commitment: We promise to match any competitive bid that is within 3% of our bid price. All we ask is for a copy of the competitive bid to verify that they meet specifications.
Performance Commitment: We promise to perform according to specifications in a timely fashion. Because our work comes at the end of a job, we regularly face the need to accelerate our work. We promise to provide timely information and accurate schedules. Otherwise we will pay to accelerate delivery and the over time required to complete the work as quickly as possible. We will indemnify the Owner and GC against any and all damages to the extent our work is responsible, and we will provide timely correspondence to ensure everyone is properly informed.
Contract Documents: We guarantee that:
Submittals are provided within three weeks of notice to proceed.
Contracts, schedule of values, and insurance certificates are provided within two weeks.
Materials are ordered within two business days of approved submittals.
Our schedule is confirmed within two business days of factory acknowledgement.
Changes to the schedule or scope are responded to within two business days.
All quality or service issues are responded to within two business days.
To meet these goals we have set target dates that are half the quoted time above. So you can expect unparalleled service from InnerSpace. With nearly two decades of Public Works contracting and subcontracting, you can be assured that our contractor and subcontractor commitment is reliable.
