InnerSpace Price and Performance Commitment

Integrity is the driving force behind each and every person at InnerSpace. Our commitment to perform in an honorable way keeps our morale high and our customers loyal. But price also matters. To make the balancing act between quality and economy we make the following commitments:

1. Price Commitment: We promise to match any competitive bid that is within 2% of our bid price and complies with all plans and specifications.
2. Performance Commitment: We promise to perform according to specifications in a timely fashion. We promise to provide timely information and accurate schedules.
3. Contract Documents: We will provide:
   • Submittals within two weeks of notice to proceed.
   • Contracts, schedule of values, and insurance certificates within two weeks.
   • Material orders within two business days of approved submittals.
   • Confirmation of production schedule within two business days of factory acknowledgement.
   • Responses to changes in the schedule or scope within two business days.
4. Insurance certificates shall meet all reasonable requirements for our scope of work including CG 20 10, 11/85 equivalent additional insured forms and subrogation wording as required by the Owner. We shall provide immediate, primary and contributory defense to Owner and GC against any and all damages and indemnify them to the extent our work or crew is responsible.
5. Quality or service issues are responded to within two business days and urgent matters of safety are responded to within one hour.

To meet these goals we have set target dates that are half the quoted time above. So you can expect unparalleled service from InnerSpace. With over two decades of Public Works, commercial and industrial contracting and subcontracting, you can be assured that our performance commitment is reliable.
